Balmoral Skate Park in Mosman sits beside Balmoral Beach and is an older concrete park with a bowl and a street section. The bowl is regarded as the best in the area and the draw of the park, while the street side is weaker, with a picnic-table block and rail considered too high and short. Showing its age and prone to debris in the bowl, but still a decent spot for intermediate transition skaters.
