Fairy Meadow is the long-standing OG skatepark in Wollongong, originally built in the late 1990s and significantly refurbished (around $500k) to super-smooth concrete. It features a large concrete slab with the only vert ramp in the area plus a comprehensive street section ringed by transitions that almost form an open bowl. Popular with experienced locals and well suited to transition and vert skaters.
