A plaza-style park opened in 2007 with a paved barca bank, ledges and rails down a stair set, random ledges and rails, a jersey barrier at the top of a bank, and two metal oververt quarters with sections cut out. A separate beginners area is set apart from the heavy-use street section, catering to skaters, rollerbladers and BMX riders.
