About this spot

Port Pirie's main skatepark (opened 2008) on Beach Road at Solomontown, near Solomontown Beach and the main street. It is a sizeable concrete facility with two open bowls plus extensions and a spine, alongside a street area with rails, a box and flat banks. The bowls and spine push it toward the intermediate-to-advanced end, and it's a well-regarded regional hub that draws riders from across SA and interstate.
