Eddison Park Skatepark

Opened in 2009 at the corner of Yamba Drive and Launceston Street opposite Canberra College, Eddison is a substantial lit park split into a flow section and a street plaza. The flow side has tiled pool corners, banks and three linked bowls topping out around 8ft to vert with a taco, while the street plaza offers a large hubba and rail, a euro-gap, smaller ledges and rails, a manny pad and a mini vert wall. The variety and the vert-edged bowl push it toward the advanced end, though the street plaza still works for intermediates.
