Port Augusta Skatepark (The Wave)

About this spot

Large concrete transition-focused skatepark known as 'The Wave', opened in 2010 at 3 El Alamein Road. It features a flowing kinked bowl ranging from about 4ft to 7ft with hips, roll-ins and an over-vert/beyond-vert section, a smaller beginner transition area, and a downhill street section. A curved timber wave structure provides shade and acts as a skate feature.
