Westbrook Skate Park (Progress Ave, Westbrook, south-west of Toowoomba) is a concrete park with a roughly 1.2m half-pipe, a spine into a 1m bowl section, a very mellow small quarter and beginner bank at the top end, plus normal banks, hips and a box with ledges and a tall skinny rail. Reviewers report build quality issues: loose-feeling coping, a hollow-sounding free spine, lumps in the half-pipe and quarter-to-bank joins concreted in rather than dropping off cleanly. It is an intermediate park whose mellow top end suits beginners.
