A solid concrete park on Rutherford Road featuring two open bowls (one square, one rounder with a tight escalator-style transition) plus hipped flat banks, ledges and manual pads. The mix caters to both transition skaters chasing the bowls and street skaters working ledges and pads on a smooth surface. The tight bowl trannies push it toward the intermediate-to-advanced end.
