Empire Park Skatepark

About this spot

One of Australia's best concrete parks, opposite Bar Beach on Memorial Drive, built around a sunken 7-11ft 'gold bowl' with pool coping and three hips. A terraced plaza street section adds stairs, gaps, banks, hubba ledges, rails and quarters that flow into the bowl. The deep transition leans advanced, though the plaza gives intermediates plenty to work with.
