Concrete street park in Seaford North Reserve with a quarter pipe at one end, down rails and a ledge in the middle, then a flat section with banks, a manual pad and a flat rail leading to a roll-in at the far end. Mostly a street-oriented setup suited to beginner and intermediate skaters.
