Daily Grind

About this spot

Despite being tagged as a skatepark, Daily Grind is actually a long-standing skate and surf retail shop (an Adelaide institution since 1996) at 143 Main Road in a heritage building in McLaren Vale, not a riding facility. The actual skatepark in town is the separate McLaren Vale Skate Park at Gemmel Tassie Reserve, a concrete park with ramps, banks, rails, ledges, humps and a shallow Y-shaped bowl. This entry appears to be a data error mislabelling the shop as a park.
