Melrose Junior Skate Park

Melrose Junior Skatepark in north Katoomba is purpose-built for young children and absolute beginners, set near a playground and Melrose Sportsground in the upper Blue Mountains. It consists of two shallow in-ground concrete bowls at just 40cm and 60cm deep with no large features, plus a bike loop, seating and a bubbler. It suits toddlers and learners on scooters, bikes, skates and boards rather than anyone chasing real obstacles.
